👩‍⚕️ Your Role: Specialist Care that Makes a Real Difference

As a Complex Care Assistant, you’ll deliver essential 1:1 support to clients with varying clinical needs in their own homes. This includes:

• Ventilation support (e.g. NIPPY 4 overnight)

• Oxygen therapy (nasal cannula, concentrators, and canisters)

• PEG management and medication administration

• Epilepsy monitoring and seizure management

• Nasal and oral suctioning

• Nutricia feeding pump operation

• Catheter and observation monitoring

• Complex manual handling tasks

✅ What You’ll Need

We welcome applicants with previous NHS, home care, or support work experience.

Essential:

• Care Certificate or NVQ Level 2+

• Manual Handling & Basic Life Support certification

• Safeguarding Level 2 or 3

• Minimum 1 year of care experience

• Full UK Driving Licence

• DBS on the Update Service

Experience with complex care is preferred—especially in clinical environments.

📅 Shift Information

• 12-hour shifts

• Flexible availability: Day or Night shifts, weekdays and weekends

• Weekend-only contracts also available

• Full-time, part-time, and zero-hour contracts
