We’re a CQC-regulated care provider delivering specialist support in the community, and we’re looking for experienced, compassionate Night Health Care Assistants to support complex care clients in Luton and Bedfordshire.

👩‍⚕️ About the Role

As a Night Complex Care Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in delivering 1-to-1 care for clients with a range of health conditions. You'll ensure safety, comfort, and dignity through the night.

Clinical responsibilities may include:

• Catheter suctioning

• Oxygen support via nasal cannula

• Medication administration

• PEG feeding management

• Epilepsy and seizure monitoring

• Observation recording

• Complex manual handling

✅ What We’re Looking For

We welcome applicants with NHS, home care, or support work experience.

Essential:

• Care Certificate or NVQ Level 2+

• Certified in Manual Handling & Basic Life Support

• Safeguarding Level 2 or 3

• Full UK Driving Licence

• DBS on the Update Service

• Minimum 1 year of care experience

Experience with complex needs, including epilepsy, PEG feeding, or suctioning, is highly preferred.

🕒 Shift Details

• 12-hour night shifts

• Monday to Friday & weekends available

• Weekend-only contracts available

• Full-time, part-time, and zero-hour contracts
