As a CQC-regulated provider, we deliver trusted care in the community, supporting both non-complex and complex health needs. We’re now looking for experienced Health Care Assistants with specialist skills to support a client with Cerebral Palsy.

💙 What You’ll Do

You’ll be providing one-to-one, person-centred care for an individual with complex medical needs, including:

• Cerebral Palsy care

• Managing a Mickey button connected to a drainage bag

• Administering medication and nutrition via a Jejunal (JEJ) feeding tube

• Complex manual handling support

• Supporting daily routines while preserving dignity, independence, and quality of life

• £16.50–£18.00 per hour

• Paid for every minute worked – no unpaid travel time

✅ Who We’re Looking For

We welcome individuals with previous NHS, care home, or support worker experience.

Essential requirements:

• Experience supporting Cerebral Palsy clients

• Knowledge of JEJ tubes and Mickey button management

• Care Certificate or NVQ Level 2+ in Health & Social Care

• Manual Handling & Basic Life Support (certified)

• Safeguarding Level 2 or 3

• Full UK Driving Licence

• DBS on the Update Service

• Right to work in the UK

• Minimum 1 year of care experience

🕒 Schedule

We offer consistent shift patterns to give you structure and work-life balance:

• Monday to Friday: 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM

• Saturday: 11:00 AM – 10:00 PM

• Sunday: 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM

• Full-time, part-time, and zero-hours contracts available
